Our primary goal in collecting information is to provide and improve our Services, to administer your use of the Services (including your Account, if you are an Account holder), and to enable you to enjoy and easily navigate our Services.

2.1 Personal Information. When you join our mailing list, create an account, or make a purchase through our site, your personal information is collected and stored. Basic personal information we collect includes, but is not limited to, your full name, billing address, shipping address, phone number, and email address.

2.2 Shopify. Our store is hosted on Shopify, Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases, and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

2.3 Payments. If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your Trendy Jendy purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After the transaction is complete, your transaction data is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standard Council.

2.4 Non-Identifying Information. Non-identifying information are solo portions of your personal information that cannot be linked to you when seen alone, for example, your zip code or state. Trendy Jendy uses non-identifying information for statistical measurements to ultimately improve your experience on our site.

2.5 Log Data. When you visit Trendyjendy.com, our servers will automatically record and store information that your browser sends to every website you visit. This information is called log data. Log data can include, but is not limited to, your Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, search information, and duration of time spent on each page.

• _shopify_visit: No data held, persistent for 30 minutes. Internal stats tracker.

• _shopify_uniq: No data held, expires midnight. Counts visits by a single customer.

• Cart: Unique token, persistent for 2 weeks. Stores cart contents.

• _secure_session_id: Unique token, sessional.

• storefront_digest: Unique token, indefinite. Used if the shop has a password.

• PREF: Persistent for a very short period. Set by Google to track visitor origin.

2.7 E-Mails. Trendy Jendy collects your email address to provide necessary transaction confirmation notifications. You may also opt-in to our mailing list for promotional material.

2.8 Other Identifying Information. IP address, social media user names, passwords and other security information for authentication and access.

2.9 Internet or other Electronic Activity. Geolocation, your browsing and click history, and information about how you navigate within our services.

2.10 Demographic Information. Gender, age, employment information and salary information.

2.11 Commercial Information. Products purchased or viewed on our website.

2.12 Inferences. Drawn from the categories described above to create a profile reflecting your preferences, characteristics, and behavior.
